After sitting vacant for three years and facing severe decay, this 14,000 square foot home has been revitalized with a stunning Tuscan farmstyle makeover. Originally Persian in design, the property now exudes the warmth and rustic elegance of Tuscan charm.

Addressing significant foundation and structural issues—including uneven floorboards and rotting plywood—we meticulously planned the re-framing and designed new footings to restore stability. We then completely redesigned the floorplan to meet the needs of the clients and their six children.

The newly reimagined space includes a grand owner's suite, seven bedrooms with dedicated play and homework areas, a spacious workout room, a large pantry, and a mother-in-law casita. The entire home is designed in a U shape around an inviting outdoor pool area. This renovation not only saved the home from demolition but also transformed it into a functional and beautiful residence, perfectly suited to the family’s lifestyle.
