The original home was abandoned three years ago during the framing phase of construction. The plywood floors and walls were beginning to rot and bow when our client purchased the property.  They tasked us with redesigning the entire home from a Persian-inspired design to a modern Tuscan that would fit their growing family of eight. Keeping in mind the client's budget, we moved windows, doors and interior non-load bearing walls to improve function and aesthetics.

 

The entry leads guests into the main living, kitchen and dining area which are anchored by a stunning courtyard pool. To the left is a large owner suite with its own living area, fireplace, library and large bath with direct access to the pool area. The updated floor plan also includes a guest casita, home theater, billiards room and exercise room. The boys' wing and girls' wing have their own study areas in addition to a separate playroom with walls designed for dodgeball.
