Zesty Lemon Energy Bites

Looking for a healthy snack? These Lemon Turmeric Energy Bits are packed with bright citrus flavor, natural sweetness, and superfoods like turmeric and ginger.


Ingredients (Makes 15 balls):

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup raw almonds

10 pitted dates

3 tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp lemon zest

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp ginger

¼ tsp cinnamon

â…› tsp black pepper


Directions:

  1. Blend oats and almonds in a food processor.

  2. Add dates; process until sticky.

  3. Mix in lemon juice, zest, spices, and process.

  4. Roll into balls and chill for 30 minutes.


These energy bites are easy, nutritious, and perfect for lunchboxes or snacks. And, to my surprise, my kids can’t get enough of them!
