Strawberries & Cream Granola

Indulge in the perfect blend of sweetness and crunch with our strawberries & cream granola. It's a simple yet irresistible way to start your day or satisfy your sweet cravings.


  • 4 cups organic sprouted rolled oats

  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed

  • ½ cup coconut flakes

  • ½ cup unsalted almonds, roughly chopped

  • ⅔  cup pecans, roughly chopped

  • 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

  • ½ cup melted coconut oil

  • ½ cup maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ⅔ cup dried strawberries, roughly chopped

  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, seeds, flakes, nuts and salt. Stir to blend.

  3. Pour in the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix until oats and nuts are lightly coated.

  4. Pour the granola onto a large, rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a large spoon to spread it in an even layer.

  5. Bake until lightly golden, about 20 to 22 minutes. Stir halfway.

  6. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes, then sprinkle dried strawberries and white chocolate chips over granola.

  7. Allow granola to cool completely before gently mixing. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
